How AIWardrobe handles your data.

AIWardrobe is responsible for the personal data collected through the AIWardrobe app, backend, website, and support channels.

We may collect and process these categories of data:

• Account data: name, email, password hash, role, avatar URL, authentication tokens, IP address, user agent, and agreement acceptance records.
• Photo and content data: uploaded user photos, outfit images, catalog selections, prompts, source image URLs, generated results, storage keys, and generation status.
• Billing and subscription data: plan ID, product ID, credit balance, credit transactions, subscription status, purchase events, transaction identifiers, amount, currency, and refund or failure status.
• Device and technical data: app platform, app version, diagnostics, request metadata, server logs, error messages, and security signals.
• Support data: messages, requests, contact details, account deletion requests, and related correspondence.

We use data to:

• Create and manage accounts, sessions, authentication, and agreement acceptance.
• Upload, store, display, and delete user photos, outfit images, and generated results.
• Send photos, outfit images, prompts, and generation metadata to AI providers for try-on generation.
• Deduct credits, apply purchased credits, verify subscriptions, prevent duplicate purchase events, and resolve billing support issues.
• Protect the service from abuse, fraud, security incidents, prohibited content, and technical misuse.
• Maintain reliability, debug failures, improve product behavior, and respond to support or legal requests.

AIWardrobe shares data with third-party service providers only when needed to operate the app, generate images, process purchases, store files, secure infrastructure, provide support, or comply with law. These providers may process data in other countries.

We may also share data with your consent, during a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, or after it has been aggregated or de-identified so it no longer reasonably identifies you.

AIWardrobe does not intentionally use your uploaded personal photos to train AIWardrobe-owned foundation models. However, third-party AI providers may process, temporarily store, review, or retain request data according to their own service terms, privacy policies, security practices, and abuse-prevention rules.

Do not upload government IDs, financial documents, health records, intimate images, children's photos, private third-party images, or content that you do not want sent to third-party AI systems.

Account data, saved photos, generated results, credit history, subscription records, and support records are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain financial or security records.

You may request account deletion or use available in-app deletion features. Deletion removes account-linked personal data from active systems, subject to legally required retention, backups, security logs, billing records, dispute records, and third-party provider retention practices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

You can manage app store subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Deleting AIWardrobe does not automatically cancel an app store subscription.

To exercise privacy rights, contact support@aiwardrobe.app. We may need to verify your account before completing a request.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including authenticated access, hashed passwords, access controls, provider credentials, object storage controls, and operational logging. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

AIWardrobe is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our providers, data uses, product features, legal obligations, or security practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
