Terms for using AIWardrobe.

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading content, or generating images with AIWardrobe, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you use AIWardrobe on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.

AIWardrobe is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, you may use the service only if that requirement is satisfied.

You keep ownership of photos, outfit images, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant AIWardrobe a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create generated results from that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of another person unless you have the right to use that person's likeness for AI try-on generation.

Generated results are AI outputs and may be inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for commercial, medical, biometric, identity, or professional decision-making.

To generate try-on images, AIWardrobe sends uploaded user photos, outfit reference images, generation prompts, and related technical metadata to configured AI processing providers, currently KIE.ai. KIE.ai may route requests through underlying model providers or infrastructure needed to complete the generation.

Third-party providers process data under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, retention rules, and regional transfer practices. You should not upload sensitive, confidential, illegal, explicit, or private content that you do not want processed by third-party AI systems.

AIWardrobe does not promise that third-party AI providers will return a result, meet a specific quality level, delete temporary processing copies immediately, or prevent every possible output error.

AIWardrobe uses credits for image generation. Unless otherwise stated in the app, one generated image request costs one credit. Paid plans may include weekly, yearly, promotional, or special offer credit allowances.

Purchases and renewals are processed through app store billing and subscription service providers, including Apple App Store, Google Play Billing where available, and RevenueCat. AIWardrobe does not store raw card numbers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through the app store account where the purchase was made. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment failures, and cancellation timing may be controlled by the applicable app store rules.

Credits may fail to apply or may be reversed if a purchase event is rejected, refunded, canceled, duplicated, fraudulent, or not received from the billing provider.

You agree not to use AIWardrobe to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or explicit content.
• Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
• Impersonate others or create misleading identity, biometric, or verification material.
• Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service.
• Bypass credit, subscription, safety, rate limit, or security controls.

AIWardrobe may change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, prices, plans, models, storage behavior, or credit rules when needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product updates.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, we will provide notice in the app, by email, or by updating this page.

AIWardrobe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free AI output.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AIWardrobe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption.

You may stop using AIWardrobe at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if required by law or a platform provider.
